When we opened up the box, there was the center grill grate broken and soon as I contacted the seller, they immediately replied to me, within 5 minutes and gave me 2 options and I wanted a replacement and they immediately ordered a new one and it was sent within 3 days. This seller is serious about their business and ships products fast and will help you quickly. Name brand products at a great price. Highly recommend them
