The postal company would not give me any information as to the status of the parcel as they said they couldn't as I wasn't the sender. They said to contact the seller. I messaged the seller, Rival Records, three times but got no answer from them. The shipment was made on time and arrived in Argentina within a week. The problem was customs, which took a month to review and send it to my address. Official mail takes a while, but it arrives.
