Price, condition, shipping, and customer service were excellent. Unfortunately, we needed to return them as they were too small for him. No hassle on the return.

USPS systems don’t always update with accurate information. I’ll give 5 stars for shipping only because it benefits the seller.

Seller was responsive, professional, and friendly when notified. Seller agreed to send a replacement case at a later date, when one became available, and has stuck to that informal agreement. The prices on the Etnia frames are some of the lowest you'll find anywhere and I wouldn't hesitate to order from this seller again.
