10-20mm F4-5.6 EX DC HSM lens allows enjoyment of super wide-angle photography and it is a very powerful tool for indoor shooting and landscape photography with APS-C size image sensors of digital SLR cameras.Wide angle of view (102.4° at 10mm and 63.8° at 20mm) offers the photographer greater freedom of expression. Three SLD glass elements are employed for effective compensation of color aberration, which is a common problem with super wide-angle lenses. One piece of glass mold and two hybrid aspherical lenses, offer excellent correction for distortion, as well as all types of aberration. The HSM system provides quiet, high speed autofocus shooting and also offers full time manual focusing. It has a minimum focusing distance of 24cm (9.4") at all focal lengths. The non-rotating lens barrel perfectly suits the petal-shaped lens hood. A circular polarizing filter can also be used conveniently.

    LOVE IT!! Awesome Lens package

    Was looking at the Canon 10-18 mm . This is better. You get more for your money. Clear and crisp glass. I love the fact it comes standard with the case and lens hood. It was heavier than I expected for a small lens but that means it well built. Can't wait to take it out on my road trips across the country. Great price and lens

    Lightweight and Great for the Price

    I purchased this lens to use for landscape photography. The seller was excellent and helped the transaction go very smoothly. Excellent ulta-wide/wide angle lens. I have combined it with a 77mm polarizer for my outdoor photos and have been extremely happy with it.

    Great wide lens for amateur landscape photography

    I got this lens because I wanted something wide for a trip I'm taking to several of the national parks this summer. I've brought it on a few hiking trips so far to test it out, and I am thoroughly pleased with the results! I'm a complete amateur photographer, and this lens has totally fit my needs. The images are plenty sharp for me, and the price tag on this lens really can't be beat. No, it's probably not fit for a professional, but if you're just looking for a wide lens to capture great landscape scenes, this is the lens for you!

    A lot better than I expected!

    I searched everywhere looking for an inexpensive but decent wide angle lens for my canon dslr. I wasn't expecting to like this lens near as much as I do. It is perfect for the tight shots where I need to show a lot of the room or area but at the same time isn't too superwide like an action camera. It's also heavy duty. Well Built. Makes a great and affordable addition to your lens collection.

    Amazing lens

    I love the lens. It does its job well! The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because it didn't come when it said it would be here. But the company did give me some filters for the trouble. Wasn't happy about it being late but was happy with how the company treated me.
