Size medium for me; my hand width is 110cm wide, top of hand palm to tip of index finger is 185cm means these are a perfect fit for me. These gloves fit great under my INBIKE branded MTB gloves sold by AMAZON. These liners are probably best used for additional warmth to hands for winter off road biking, they probably won't stand up to being used on their own. I would buy again mostly positive bar the Silk aspect, they are stretchy lycra, they are well priced also.

Generally first class. Bought for my husband who suffers from cold hands when cycling and they are thin enough to go under his outer gloves and despite temps less than 5' this week he's got back from rides with warm hands for the first time ever. . Ordering and delivery all very straightforward, quick and without problem. Very pleased.
