      Great book for anyone suffering from depression or want to believe in themselves. Read others reviews not just mine.

      I bought this book as a follow up to The Secret and I was not disappointed. It is a bit repetitive but it has to be so that one remembers how to train the mind to be full of love, to be grateful and giving, and in return for being so positive, instead of being negative, more love and positivity returns with an abundance to our lives. It also teaches that we have the power to change our whole lives, even heal ourselves. I would certainly recommend all of Rhonda Byrnes books because they teach us how to use the power within ourselves to change our lives for the better. Even if this book just makes you become a nicer person it will have been money well spent.

      Great book which helps look at things in life in a more positive way

      Loved the book. Really has changed the way I think. Have already recommended it to a few friends. It is easy to read and understand and because it's just a few pages a day it is easy to find time.

      Excellent read

      This paperback book is in excellent condition and is a very good read, as are all in the series by Rhonda Byrne. It shows you how to believe in the power of thought and actions with the result that you hold the key to change, apply yourself and see the results. Bought for a friend who is low. I Highley recommend.

      Simply a magical book

      I have to say I like all of Rhonda Byrne's books, but for me this is my favourite it's like a course in anxiety depression faith and hope. It"s just so well written and laid out and there are things to do every day for 28 days that literally bring your moods up even if miracles don't happen it certainly does seem to have a positive effect when you can keep yourself in a state of happiness it's really very clever. For someone who's been suffering from depression these these books are absolutely magical I would highly recommend, this book in particular is my favourite.

      Totally magic

      I’m doing this book in my online bookclub with Francesca Amber and it is brilliant. I was put on antidepressants 6 weeks ago (last year was really grim) and this book has lifted me so high. Gratitude for the simple things like my morning coffee big things like living in a country where we are free and not at war. Highly recommend this if you want to change your life.
