      From an Old Nikonian

      Firstly, I think it’s fair to say I’m a Nikon freak. I’ve always (pretty much) had Nikon Cameras. However, the D600 is my first full frame digital Nikon. So the camera I got off eBay is several years old. That said it is impressive. I can use most of my old lenses, and the 600 can switch to deal with either FX or DX lenses, and all without any obvious loss of quality. It is slightly larger than I’m used to, but, for me, it’s not a massive difference. It has all the normal menus, and setups, that I’m also used to having had Nikon’s before. This is a really nice camera.

      Nikon D600 - an excellent camera

      I’ve owned a number of Nikon cameras but all have been - or are - ‘cropped’. Having seen examples of full-frame photos taken by fellow members of my camera group I felt it time to try full-frame myself. I was lucky to find a pre-loved example on eBay and plucked up my courage (and money) to buy it. So far I’ve used the D600 only during a long weekend in Norwich so am still learning some of the functionality this camera offers. I am pleased with the results and look forward to learning more about the camera. A lucky choice!

      An excellent affordable full frame DSLR

      The advantages of full frame 35 mm digital DSLR photography were a real discovery for me (very very subtle gradations of tones and colours, not pixel count) and this camera is a proper tool for photography, its settings ranging from full automatic to fully manual. It is quite light to hold in the hand, and fine lenses can be bought second hand for a very good price. It doesn't show its age!

      Fantastic camera

      Having used a Nikon d7000 for a year or so, I thought I would take the plunge and get the Nikon d600 and what a difference this makes it’s a great camera. The image quality of fantastic. The low light performance is great. A really great all round camera.

      Excellent

      Very happy about my "new" camera. Going from an entry level camera to an advanced vamera is a rather big jump, so im still learning. The camera is all i expected it to be according to the description. No flaws no scratches, and it seem to be working perfectly. Thumbs up from me.
