I have to hire a taxi to return to the post office a huge box to the seller. This is giving me so much inconvenience. Customer service is horrible, does not answer queries. Disappointed.

However it is a solid heavy scoop compared with a non branded one I got which was bent by hard ice cream. It is as described and the shipping was very fast and well packed for eBay Plus member. A very reliable seller which I have purchased directly before many times but it's best going through eBay if you're a member because they'll waive postage.
