The seller advised me to open a dispute with eBay as it would be quicker but eBay found in favour of the seller. The seller responded by acknowledging my plight and sent me out a replacement item. A rare occurrence these days. I can’t thank them enough. Their communication was excellent throughout the whole stressful process. I will definitely order from them again.

A pain to connect to the app as WiFi needs to be 2.4ghz and took a while to figure out how to change the router settings but got there in the end. Temperature holds perfectly and running costs are very low. Good product at a great price. Once set up it's easy to use.
