Product Information

The black Canon camera body is a fast device for those looking to take quick high quality images. The Canon EOS Mark II 1Ds can snap up to four pictures per second to deliver many shots fast. Images on the 16.7 MP digital SLR camera can be printed directly off the camera using Direct Print technology. The date and time can also be placed on each image for better organisation. It also has the feature of setting up different folders for keeping images in a specified spot. The white balance mode on the Canon camera body enables the user to customise the setting for producing better images in any setting. The self-timer on the Canon EOS Mark II 1Ds features both a 10 second and two second delay for more preparation time. The 16.7 MP camera also gives the user the option to record sound and quick videos that makes the camera more versatile. The Canon camera body has a built-in microphone so the user can commentate on the videos. This item is the camera body only.

    Great value ,built like a tank accurate focus and very familiar to anyone who had used an EOS before. Wanted one for years it doesn’t disappoint. A credit to its previous owner, still looks like new. Only gripe is some of the technology is now outdated , finally found a use for that old xp laptop. ISO is limited compared to a more modern version. ...the price compared to Initial RRP is incredible for what you do get. But SD card is still well supported and grabbing photos to your iOS mobile is easy with a cheap lightning SD card adaptor, even in Raw , which surprised me. For me I prefer the heavy body compared to a lightweight plastic body, I find there is less camera shake. If you are undecided , you can always sell again as there is little depreciation from this price point. Love ❤️ ...

    Perfect combination of qualities for the money.

    Well made, robust and easy to use. Only downside for some would be the weight and perhaps the smaller than modern screen. I don't find it a problem and for indoor wok it can be easily tethered to a computer with whata very large screen you like! Superb full frame shots - stunning quality for the money. This is my third dslr, the first two being the cropped sensor type. I was never happy with the shots for product work on my website with the fist two and had used a tiny compact instead. This was a last ditched attempt and it really has paid off. The right combination of megapixels and frame size for the web.

    Old Camera but still takes a very good picture with nice white balance.

    I only gave a rate of 4 stars because the sensor is very dirty and i have got to have it clean for landscape pictures . Apart from that the camera is good.

    Fantastic Full frame at the price of a normal DSLR

    This camera is fantastic. It blows out of the water the canon 750d and is close even to my Sony A7rii (when using a good sharp lens). If you are on a budget this is the way to go. Using primes is a joy but also works great with my tamrons. Here as some pics I took.

    Superb professional camera

    Amazing professional full-frame camera. It's weight and physical presence are like no other camera I've seen. So much thought has gone into providing the pro quality controls, everything is adjustable. Takes a long time to master though, there's nothing simple about this. It's previous generations old so if you buy one of these today it's great value, when it was new at about £6000 not so much, but if you really must have the best professional tool, this (or it's modern 1D series descendant nowadays) is it.
