The packaging was quite basic and the only paperwork included was a handwritten note indicating the voltage for the charger. Furthermore, the lead itself has a UK/Europe adaptor attached that can be removed to reveal the standard US plug - clever and tricky all in one! Pleased and the item was received within a week - man those planes fly fast from China!!!

Finally had to reach out to eBay for resolution. I was very patient, polite and waited 2 weeks without a simple courtesy response. Please save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere!
