Item was protected sufficiently as to not sustain damage during shipping & arrived within the time specified. Good Seller, AA-. The reason for the (-) is due to very delayed & confusing communication/misunderstanding. See screenshot. Thought my wish was for him to ignore my requests. That was not correct, I wish to remain loyal to my list of honest sellers.

Set came brand new sealed in the package. Snap-on mispackaged the shallow set and put a 1/4" 15mm in place of where a 14mm should have been. Contacted the seller and he sent me a return label to swap sockets and just received the correct socket. Seller did not have to do this for me as this was a Snap-on issue but did it anyways.
