Standalone lithium batteries have a "Hazardous Materials" classification that designated ground only transportation which will usually delay a package while in transit since they can not go on a plane. This buyer is located in Puerto Rico which requires boat transit after leaving Florida. This is the reason behind the longer thank normal shipping time.
