    i bought an open box logitech webcam from this seller and it came very fast and well packaged - camera and all cords and original box came as described! to note (logitech related, not this seller) is you may need to download the logitech tune software to update the webcam's device driver before it is functional - great deal - was indeed in mint condition - thanks would buy from them again!

    The application runs the camera horrible headache

    The cam has good picture but very bad app which takes more than 30sec to start ,hard to setup and not compatible with windows works only with the new versions of android or iOS,the recorded video only 30seconds

    Great for those good with IT but have little cash

    Cheapest Wifi Cam you can get with little to no overhead. PRO: - works well with a fairly decent app. - Cheap CONS: - Don't even think about getting this unless you have a well setup mesh network that can handle many devices along with a good internet connection - Not an ip cam! all audio/video goes through bestbuys servers and you have official / easy way otherwise - Discontinued and future updates is uncertain If anyone finds a vulnerability in these that allows for web browser access let me know I will appreciate it big time! I have personally spent hours looking but they encrypt everything pretty well.

    Not worth the price even at $19.00

    Video quality is extremely poor and lags, I have a Nighthawk wireless router so internet connection is not the issue. Also, you have to have a Bestbuy acct in order to use. Wasn't worth the money or or time to send back at a purchase price of $19. You get what you pay for, it will go to the donation box.

    One time use.

    The cameras are good quality. The issue is once you attach it to your email you can never uninstall and add it to a different email or wifi.

    Product is not usable because it can't be registered.

    The description read that the product "May be Accounts Linked" which it was but the description also read that I could call in and have the registration changed to my account which I was told I couldn't. The original customer would have to remove the device from the account. I liked the price but the product is basically unusable.
