The Buy it Now price was about $25-$30 below other similar items. I thought, "Well, I shop eBay looking for bargains." And, I found one. After contacting the seller, he contacted me and took full responsibility for the item being "accidentally advertised as having Digital Command and Control (DCC). He offered a refund, which I have now declined since I already ordered a DCC decoder. I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN.
