The unit was well put together. The replacement process went smoothly. The connectors attached very securly to the speaker wires. Sound was good as original amp. Able to use it successfully at a gig a few days after arrival.

This amp restored life to an ELX-112p. Did a LEFT RIGHT comparison with the other speaker with original amp and could hear no discernible difference. I think it's an affordable option with the advantage of the design updates ; better heat dispersion and the added . Installation was a breeze too.

The LASE replacements are the way to go. More bang for the buck than the original which cost twice as much. These are for EV elx series.

Does the trick.
Reconnecting was nice and easy- the logo light is not as bright as the original- but i'm ok with that- it's nice that they even offer it. Matching the sound to the original speaker is almost impossible- they both sound great, but totally different. In short- If your speaker amp blows- this will do the trick nicely!

If Done right it excellent.
This is the second amp of this model that I purchased.. I put them on a Electro/Voice I force Eliminator 15” Which runs on 250watts Rms.. Ive had these speakers for 10 yrs or better and i never heard them sound this gd I not only recommend this amp but I recommend to cut out a template and center the amp correctly before you cut the the space.. If you do it correct you will be more than happy.. Also make sure the specks are very close, Don’t ask thus amp to do more than it’s capable or you will ve crying like others who don’t know what they’re doing.This is the second amp of this model that I purchased.. Thoughful Redesign
This version is simply designed way better than the OEM version that did not have any ventilation of the alleged 1000 watt amplifier. The original module had literally cooked the power supply filter capacitors The instructions that were supplied were clear and simple to follow. It will take about 10 minutes to replace this module. The DSP section was more than adequate to control this speaker system. It does seem to run a bit warm, but being vented it should outlast the original module which was sealed into the rear chamber of the speaker cabinet with no moving air supply. Powered speakers
Got tired of hauling racks and amplifiers around to gigs. Tried 2 of these in our JBL cabinets and they worked so good we ordered 3 more and installed them in our floor wedges. With the new X Air18 and the ability for multiple monitor sends, everything worked well. If you already own good speakers, this is a good alternative to buying new powered speakers. Mike

Nice sound replacement at a good price.
Works very well amplifier works and sounds good. I'm not a big fan of a DSP screen. I wish it was all controls rather than a screen. An RCA input jack would have been nice too.
