They haven’t refunded any money and when I ask if it is going through they say they are going to check. I have also asked to buy another one in the right colour but still waiting, for answer. Terrible response and service, still have a mat in wrong colour and not happy.

I bought this clock because Royal Mail delivery is specified. This is totally misleading because the parcel was dumped in our communal lobby by EVRI. Evri are getting slightly better these days and, at least, the courier rang the bell. Please change the details. I have spared you negative feedback because of the low item cost although I have read the other comments about this.
