I recommend the seller and they offer returns, but I have chosen to keep the item due to my own fault for not spending additional time to read the full description in the app which doesn't show the information.

However, it was shipped in a small envelope with no packaging, and I accidently cut part of the dress as I was cutting open the package. I would recommend using a padded envelope in the future to avoid this problem. What was ordered was what was delivered including all manuals, controllers and equipment necessary to operate it and was pictured in the Seller's. Seller did an outstanding job with processing and shipping in a timely manner which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this Seller and will definitely not hesitate to order from him again!
