We've tested many of these and the pH level was at least 7.5 although Pure-Pro do aim for 8.0 - 9.5. We're not sure if it's a faulty filter (although we've never had this issue before) but happy to see how we can rectify this issue, we can try sending out a new one for you to try just incase it is a fault with the filter somehow. To ensur it doesn't get damaged during transit, we wrap them with cardboard (we try our best to reuse cardboards and boxes for maximum environmental waste) hence the packaging. The filters we sell online are NEVER used and always BRAND NEW. We're sorry that the packaging made you assume otherwise but although there may be other sellers selling used filter, it is not in our company ethics. Thank you.

Though I was just forgot to change the home or delivery address what was I lived in before 2 months. And they delivered it to my previous address and no one was there for last two months. I was there to find my product but it was delivered through the letter box and it remains inside. So I had nothing to do. It was loss project of mine.
