Not sure if it's an adequate replacement for any the HE series. Inexpensive for a reason, and they did come with mounting rings. I'll probably never use these pads. Otherwise, nothing but praises for Hifiman headphones.

You can't really go wrong with HifiMan. They've been very easy to talk with as well and very helpful throughout the transaction process. Definitely recommend buying directly from them as they seem to always offer the cheapest price on the site.
