- r***o (84)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letztes JahrBestätigter KaufI wanted a NEW item and ordered one with a Red label. Instead, I received an item with a Black label which indicates refurbished. The item delivered had one lead too short. Our heating engineer stated it was refurbished when he fitted it. As the weather was freezing we had to have it fitted as we had no heating. This meant we could not return it. I complained to Hanicks and twice to Ebay without success I feel cheated as I have paid for NEW and received REFURBISHED.
