Applicator back got a hole in it when I applied pressure over a scratch as it is just sponge. Supplied microfiber cloths are large. The polish removed bits of tar but did not really seem to dull down the scratches on the bonnet. The car did look shiny after using.

Evri knocked on door, left parcel and went without waiting 10 seconds to see somebody, Pathetic. I know they have a lot of calls etc but when they can't even wait 10 seconds to make sure it's in safe hands is stupid. Our Evri regular delivery man is great but this must have been his stand in, Speedy Gonzales.

Within 2 days I had a new Evri tracking link and my order. Amazing customer service I will be returning and recommending to anyone I can.
