They left my parcel with another household when I gave no authorisation to do so, and they didn't bother checking the house number because they couldn't be bothered to use their initiative. My personal information was given to neighbours, and the item I purchased was clearly printed on display which bothered and upset me. I hope this seller listens to feedback and uses another courier service in future sales.
