No gift bag, very soft, hoaky setup tried them on my SR325x and the fit and comfort excellent, vocals are muffled, recessed highs, tubby sound. I will try them on my RS1e and if they don't sound good I guess it will be a lesson learned.

Warning: These ear pads change the frequency response of the headphones in a drastic way. The bass and lower mids are strongly increased, but at the same time the upper mids, the presence range and the highs are strongly attenuated. It no longer bears any resemblance to the crystal clear tone of the Grados. However, the wearing comfort is greatly improved compared to the original pads.
