Ultimate Edition for Sound Quality
This new MoFi version sounds rich and warm with a deeper sound stage. It does an excellent job of creating that "live" in your listening room sound, like the best analogue. Bass is deeper and punchier. You can crank this as loud as you want and it never sounds fatiguing. One of the biggest revelations is the change to the noise floor. On the Classic HDAD version the tape hiss is always evident. The MoFi release has made the hiss almost nonexistent. This allows the music to really come alive from a silent/black backdrop. I rate this release as 5 stars. Rob LoVerde/MoFi team did an outstanding job on this SACD release!

I Robot is special!
The MFSL in vinyl is not as “special” with depth and clarity being exceptional. I am very happy I own both. Expensive, but worth it.
