I bought a used bra that arrived far larger than listed with no size tags and in lesser condition than mentioned. I sent comparison photos of the same brand/model bra but she brushed me off, claiming her screenshots of the product selection page was proof enough and mentioned receipts she never showed (useless regardless because the bra has no tags). She then falsely accused me of returning the wrong item - an obvious lie as she has since relisted it. Ridiculous.

I think that the seller cares and wants to provide good service. I should have contacted them with my concern and the problem would have been solved.
