I discovered they were WAY TOO LONG! THEY WERE A 27" INSEAM. AFTER LOOKING THE DISPLAY PICTURE OVER AGAIN, THE SELLER FOLDED THE PANTS LEGS UP TO GIVE ME THE ILLUSION THAT THEY WERE 21" CROPPED PANTS!
