  • Great!

This book can help you as long as you’re willing to hold yourself accountable and know that true change starts with changing yourself. If your a boss that does everything right and your problems stem from either upper management, or the people they hire to work for you, this book is probably more about you than for you. Take a class in humility before reading. For every other level headed leader or aspiring leader, this is definitely worth reading!
