The troubling truth of how what affects the pollinators of our foods affects us!
I found the DVD to be very informative. Learning the truth of how the pesticides used traditionally in growing foods are not only harmful to the soil but to the pollinators and the residual effects are transferred to the consumer of these goods. It was enlightening and concerning to learn the reality of this standard for the sake of profit to the detriment of the health of the environment, pollinators and people alike. This is critical information the public needs to hear as a constant in making food decisions, as this goes to the very core of our health and is not discussed on farming programs at any length. Food is an essential of life and we deserve to be truthfully informed about the goods produced for us to consume.
