I'm not happy...
Had one of these for years, gears wore out when I bought a new heavier tree. Ordered a new one, upon arrival the flat part on the base (that rests on the floor) had an 8" to 10" separation (torn). Sent it back, and got another one. After getting the replacement and setting the tree up turned the new one on and noticed the spin is somewhat jerky... my old one spun smoothly. After about 20 minutes the stand made a single popping noise and stopped revolving. After about 10 seconds it started spinning (still jerky) again but pops and stops every 20 minutes. I'm not happy, but not much I can do about it until after I take the tree down.

Received in timely manner. Although, it will not be used for the next few months - I tested it to make sure it worked. And, it did.
Loves these Christmas tree rotators.

Great Quality
