    Works great if your pool is flat.

    I have a love-hate relationship with the product. My pool is uneven, it has a deep end and the shallow end is not level. Therefore, the product has trouble staying in the shallow end. Once it is in the deep end it cannot climb back. If your pool is flat this product rocks! But for me I have to guide it around but it does pick up the debris. It is fun and for the price we like it. I noticed at Sam's Club it was twice the price so definitely it is a bargain on eBay.

    Good product: cheap / easy use / can be better

    Very good packaging, fast and informative delivery service. The product is very easy to use and the charging system is very simple and that's a good thing. Simplicity in the product is very important to withstand heavy use and rough handling. This point is important, you must be very careful with components such as the cover lock and the basket filter. They are very fragile. This risk can be solved if the company provides parts and components.

    looks like a very solid unit but has tire grip issues

    Not really a big fan of this one I have a standard Gunite and plaster inground pool, and this thing spends most of its time spinning its wheels getting stuck on the rounded edges and steps it takes a long time before it decides to go into reverse so it's really good that it does run a long time otherwise it wouldn't do a good job cleaning before its battery ran out. I had the rockroller blue and white jet propelled one that I gave to my mom and upgraded with this one and honestly that one was much much much better.
