The Kind of Oldie You Just Can't Miss.
Growing up in the 70s, I saw a helluva lot of b & w oldies on TV, because that was ALL THERE WAS TO WATCH in those days.... Never ever saw or heard of ABSOLUTE QUIET until TCM dusted it off and ran it and its FANTASTIC. A genuinely fun to watch adventure starring the ever mysterious Lionel Atwill and the beautiful Irene Hervey who are held hostage at a remote desert estate by a Bonnie and Clyde-type pair of desperadoes.....just as a lost plane load of passengers crash lands to keep them all company....AND THEN THE SPARKS AND BULLETS FLY......This is good stuff.
