Unfortunately due to poor packaging the item arrived damaged and therefore didn't work. However the aftercare customer service couldn't be faulted. I sent photos of the damage and was refunded in full immediately. Perhaps they will take on board the need to protect fragile items during transit. (couriers can be clumsy). Dispatch time was ok, but delivery took a while.

Sadly, though, the courier (Evri) was extremely slow and item arrived a week after being dispatched, thereby missing the birthday it was intended for by 3 days.
