Dangerous, quality control is horrible.
This filter is a dangerous item to install in any motor, the quality of the mesh and end caps look to be good but further inspection led me to find that the epoxy that seals the mesh to the endcaps is barely put on and on one side of the filter there was not enough epoxy to complete the seal which left a 1” area that contaminated oil could flow past. This was discovered at the first oil change and filter cleaning! It was definately caused by a manufacturers defect because I pulled on the endcap and broke the epoxy bond from the mesh and after you could see the ripple pattern from the mesh imprinted in the epoxy but it only went 3/4 of the way around the endcap and completely missed a 1” area!Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
