Excellent product to curb the smoking addiction to eventually give up this bad habit forever!
My significant other finds the gum very pleasant tasting and it has been a tremendous deterrent from even the thought of smoking a cigarette! He said his mouth no longer tastes like an old ashtray, too. He cuts the 2mg gum piece in 'quarters' rather than chewing the entire the piece. It really helps him wind down his nicotine addiction.
