    I ordered this item two days ago but was contacted by the seller, who advised that there was a snafu in their warehouse and they could not be sure that my item was actually sent to me. A full refund has already been issued. I was also told that if I do eventually receive the item that it is mine to keep [i.e., without my having to pay for it again]. I appreciate this seller's prompt and honest communication and would definitely purchase from this seller again.

    The package arrived from Amazon. I'm fairly certain the seller caught a deal on Amazon and is reselling. I saw a deal I missed earlier in the day. Overall, the product arrived quickly and price was around the sales I like to catch. They have since raised the price of the listing. In my opinion, it's no longer a good deal. Seller fulfilled their obligation in the transaction.

    Best product for no-nonsense, automated protection with very few cons

    It is and always has been an exceptional product; always reliable and mostly non-intrusive. It controls what you need it to control. It DOESN'T slow your system down so those who say Norton does that need to get up to date. No nag screens and no constant asking for your permission to take care of your computer. Runs seamlessly and faithfully in the background-like all good products. In my 20+ years of using this product I have never seen a spec of malware on my systems. It just works -and it works right. The price is more than reasonable. The only con with this particular multi-license product would be no ability to use more than one user identity to install on other machines in your network but there are individual licenses for that.

    Great product at a great price

    Product Price is cheaper online on Ebay than from Original Manufacturer Offers. Hard to install if you are updating your last years subscription. Better to delete old program first before attempting to install new program.

    Norton 360 goes beyond

    Norton 360 Premium goes far beyond protection against viruses. A LifeLock subscription included with the software alerts me if my financial information appears on the dark web. 75 GB of backup space would allow me to recover from a ransomware attack as well as from natural disasters. I feel more secure with Norton 360 running.

    Easy to use

    It works great. You do have to download from Norton site to get to work. Cheaper then Norton on-line.

    I installed it on my pc's very easy with out any problems. The only thing I see it do not show how many days left like the previous Norton.
