  The seller sent the package on time and was very responsive. Unfortunately EVRI delivered the package to the qwrong building and the parcel was lost. After some communications with the seller, they refunded the full amount which is positive. So I am leaving the, positive feedback because it was not their fault that EVRI cannot deliver to the correct address. I will probably re-order the same item hoping I will receive it this time.

  Postage was a little longer than would have liked but the pen is as described. The packaging was decent and for the cost, it will last a lot longer than my other battery powered pen so I am happy.

  Excellent seller with great interest in customer satisfaction and great communication. I ordered an M.2 To USB3.1 Converter Reader from him and requested a Click and Collect from Argos. Unfortunately, in error, I gave the wrong address and when I replied to his enquiry on weather I had received the item I said that I had not received it yet due to my Error. He still tried to help as much as he could, regardless of the fact that the error was not his. Definitely positive 5* Star
