Very well packaged, sealed in heavy foil packages, very professional in appearance and arrived in perfect condition. The quality will be fine for my needs whatever it is, as I will not be using it to make Matcha Green Tea with, as I am not into drinking tea. Tea drinkers might have fussier opinions? The powder is coarse with lumps, not smooth and fine as real matcha should be. The color is dull and dark, very different from the bright, vibrant green of true ceremonial matcha. When whisked, it does not create any foam, and the taste is harsh and unpleasant. This tea is clearly of low quality and does not match the description or photos provided. Very disappointing purchase. The tea I received does not match the photos in the listing

So all good thank you and very happy with the seller 👍 the only issue is that there was no obvious indication on the packaging of the contents inside but only for a QR code which I scanned and then was able to identify that the packaging contained the correct contents. Other than that small issue all was fantastic. Thank you again 😁

The courier company left the item on my next-door neighbour's front porch, which caused issues when the eBay status indicated the item had been delivered. However, this was not the fault of the seller. Had the courier company delivered to the correct address, this item would have arrived very quickly. Either way, I recommend this seller, as the item was exactly as described, and they dispatched it straight away.
