If you have an issue which is very rare I would recommend you contact them directly. I was an early adopter of TRS and it’s been almost 2 decades of satisfaction. Though their business model has changed from retrofitting to now being a giant supplier. They still will answer questions and take care of issues. Just understand that they are a huge company now with a lot of
