The Neptune Fantasy Barbie doll is the fourth edition of the Bob Mackie series, named "Neptune's Daughter". This 1992 Barbie doll is wearing a velvet gown, which is sequined with blue and green looks utterly stunning. The gown of this Barbie doll is designed in such a way that it gives a dramatic feeling of been surrounded by sea waves. Each wave is like a flame, made up of hand-sewn sequins and silver borders. The Neptune Fantasy Barbie doll has platinum blonde hair with a slight of turquoise stripe in them. The turquoise jeweled headpiece is placed on the head of this 1992 Barbie doll to complete her Princess of the Seven Sea appearance. One of the Best of Mackie Design
