Somewhat of a wandering saga.... staged in the west
I had this on VCR tape...and once or twice a year I pull it out to watch it. Set up in 4 episodes, the western is more or less true to life. Of course the book is better but Duvall and Tommy Lee shine in the saga. Beautifully looking movie.

Looks authentic - including firearms and especially handguns (percussion and cartridge revolvers)
One of the very best western movies out there - I should say a CLASSIC. Tommy Lee Jones should have learned how to mount and Dany Glover how to ride but, all in all, a very good movie. And the Blu-Ray version is, as expected, much better.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
