It is definitely HP like the listing title says, but it is a "very good" heavy play that is still intact enough to look nice in a binder. The photos were very clear on the condition, and I was happy to be able to see exactly what I was getting. My only issue is with how it was shipped. My card arrived in a plain envelope, and with it being a $150 card, I was expecting at least a bubble mailer, if not a box.
