    This is a great book. Descriptive details of WHY and WHAT you can do about insomnia. Discusses causes and other disorders. If you want to be informed and learn some new approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy then get this book. If you want to sleep better, get this book! And make sure to underline and re-read it after a few weeks of good sleep b/c youll probably put it away for a bit. But I think its important not to forget what this book is teaching us about sleep and mental behaviors. Worth every penny! Sleep well))
