However, the game was €169 euros, he put down €200 on the customs form, so I got massively overcharged additional fees. I asked to do an offer on another game for a minor discount to go under the customs charge threshold and all I got was a load of abuse. He has games I want and can’t get anywhere else, but because his communication is so disrespectful, I’d rather do without. Value declared has to include ITEM VALUE and SHIPPING VALUE, hence it was declared correctly. Customs fees and VAT are ALWAYS the buyer's responsibility. I have never called you a thief - our messages prove it. Lying is proven in your feedback, very immature to retaliate with negative feedback just because you had to pay taxes!

The guy then called me a liar and thief. I could see on the listing image that one of the games listed as ‘Sealed’ was unsealed, so I specifically asked for the copy sealed in cellophane. What I got was an empty box and accused of stealing the cartridge. So you paid nothing for the game and case, I lost the game and your shipping cost. I never called you a thief, I only told you that I don't believe you but will refund nevertheless. Retaliating with negative feedback containing factual errors is not in the spirit of eBay.
