Magnificent film

A wonderful film
An insightful film of traditions and cultural ideologies that sometimes result in tragic consequences. A genuine pleasure to watch. This one will tug at your heartstrings. "The King of Masks'' is about the development of a close friendship plagued by hardship. Don't look for predictability in this moving tale set in the streets of Sichuan province during the late 1930s.
