I contacted the seller twice to try to see what was taking so long. He was full of excuses; with every answer saying it was someone else’s fault. The seller waited almost 2 weeks to actually mail the axe. The axe was very poorly packed, with sharp parts not padded at all. The bit and the pick had broken through the single layer of cardboard, and one corner of the bit was chipped. Never again !Service Retired Fire and Resue Mann Lewistown Pa.
