Lead not long enough, no brush bar on attachment., plastic pipe and no proper carrier handle. So very disappointing. As it happened it was an error on my part, not the machine’s. Very satisfied.

It also came with an adapter for UK plugs, which I wasn't expecting, so it was nice that was included (it looks like they added that as an extra). I've plugged it in, and it looks great waiting for my next package to weigh. Very happy - would definitely order from them again! THANK YOU!

Really happy with it. Arrived the next day which was quicker than advertised - couldn’t be happier. Thank you.
