The figurine was absolutely as described and pictured (what appeared to be a slight manufacturing defect was clearly shown in the listing photos, so I wasn't at all surprised), and the price offered was an exceptional value for this item. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

Parka was missing the fleece liner, so had to buy another one from someone else. They were kind enough to refund me my extra purchase price to replace the missing liner. This was very much appreciated and shows their excellent customer service. Will gladly do business with them again in the future.
