Tough, good-looking watch
I’ve worn Timex Ironman watches for years while working out, mountain biking, climbing, etc., and I tend to wear diver’s watches or something like that when I’m at work. This watch falls in the middle, for me a bit more of a casual look, but still tough as nails The all-black design is more subtle than a lot of my other ‘dress’ watches, other than at night. I really like the tritium-based illuminated markers. The 12 o’clock marker is more of an orange color, while the rest are more of a yellow color. Sometimes it takes a second to verify the time, but it is always visible in the dark. This isn’t a cheap ‘leave it in the sunlight for an hour and it glows a few minutes’ system. This is the real deal. Mine came with the fabric strap. I didn’t find it comfortable, and I can’t stand the way they look, so I replaced it with an OM rubber strap. It is very comfortable, and I like the way it looks. Very disappointed
