Order to delivery was 3 days. I wasn't impressed that the jack was soaking wet when delivered, but I assume that was the fault of the courier. The jack is heavy, and so far has out performed my old one. I would recommend buying a puck/rubber pad to fit the 'crown', and so avoid damaging the vehicle chassis. The stands are robust. So far I am pleased with my purchase.
